Terms and Conditions for Bitcoin Mentorship Services by 21LIBERTY.
Effective Date: 1st of February 2025.
Educational Seminars: We offer seminars on Bitcoin and other key topics. These seminars are for educational and informational purposes only. By attending these seminars, Clients acknowledge and agree that 21LIBERTY is not providing investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All information is presented for educational purposes, and any actions taken based on this information are at the Client’s own risk. 21LIBERTY shall not be held liable for any interpretations, decisions, or actions taken by Clients based on the content of these seminars, including but not limited to investment decisions, financial losses, or any adverse outcomes. Clients are solely responsible for any financial, legal, or other risks associated with the application of the knowledge gained from these seminars. 21LIBERTY disclaims any responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the seminar content, and no warranty is made regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided. Clients bear all risk, liability, and loss associated with their use of the information provided, including but not limited to losses from market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or any personal interpretation of the educational material. 21LIBERTY will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if 21LIBERTY has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the information from these seminars.
Workshops: We conduct hands-on workshops where clients are mentored in setting up personal or organizational Bitcoin wallet solutions. During these sessions, we guide clients through the process of securing their Bitcoin, including how to purchase from exchanges and transfer to private wallets. By participating in our workshops, Clients acknowledge that 21LIBERTY will not be held liable for any loss, theft, hacking, or any other form of damage or loss of Bitcoin or other digital assets that might occur when using the open-source software or techniques recommended by 21LIBERTY. All risks associated with the use of such software, the implementation of wallet solutions, or any actions taken based on the information provided during these workshops are borne entirely by the Client. Clients are solely responsible for their security practices, the management of their private keys, and the protection of their assets. Clients are also responsible for any issues related to bank transfers to cryptocurrency exchanges, including but not limited to delays, blocks, or reversals of such transfers. 21LIBERTY has no control over banking operations or policies, and thus, no liability for these events. No refunds will be provided by 21LIBERTY if there is a delay, block, or reversal in bank transfers to exchanges. Furthermore, 21LIBERTY will not be held accountable for any problems arising from the use of exchange platforms, including but not limited to exchange hacks, unfavorable conversion rates, withdrawal issues, or any other operational difficulties. Clients assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of these platforms. 21LIBERTY’s role is limited to guiding according to best practices; all decisions made by Clients regarding interactions with exchanges are at their own risk. 21LIBERTY disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to these workshops, bank transfers, or interactions with exchange platforms.
Consultancy: We provide one-on-one or group consultancy sessions tailored to client needs. These sessions can be scheduled on an hourly basis or as agreed upon with the client. Consultancy services focus on further education, problem-solving, and strategic advice related to Bitcoin and blockchain technology, without providing investment advice. By engaging in our consultancy services, Clients acknowledge and agree that 21LIBERTY shall not be held liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on the advice or information provided during these sessions. This includes any financial losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from the application of strategies, solutions, or recommendations discussed. 21LIBERTY is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information or advice given, as all such advice is provided for educational and strategic guidance purposes only. The responsibility for any interpretation or use of the information by Clients lies solely with the Client. 21LIBERTY explicitly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if 21LIBERTY has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Clients are advised to conduct their own due diligence and to seek independent professional advice for any investment, financial, legal, or tax decisions. All risks associated with the use of consultancy information are borne entirely by the Client.
Peace-of-Mind Subscription: We offer a subscription service for multisignature (multisig) wallets, where 21LIBERTY holds one key in the multisig wallet and therefore cannot move or control Clients’ Bitcoin independently. We act solely as a co-signer in a non-custodial capacity, providing security, backup, and recovery support to mitigate single points of failure for the Clients. At no time does 21LIBERTY hold, control, or manage Clients’ Bitcoin; our role is strictly limited to co-signing under specific conditions. By subscribing to this service, Clients acknowledge and agree that they bear all risks associated with their Bitcoin and any other digital assets. 21LIBERTY shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss of private keys, Bitcoin, or any other digital assets, nor for any financial losses, damages, or claims resulting from such losses, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to hacking, theft, technical failures, or errors in the management or execution of co-signing responsibilities. Clients are solely responsible for managing their own keys and ensuring the security of their assets. 21LIBERTY’s liability is explicitly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law, and in no event will 21LIBERTY be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Delivery: We offer our services in person or online via a secure, encrypted peer-to-peer (P2P) video or text channel to ensure privacy and security of communications.
The seminars, workshops, educational materials, and consultancy services offered by 21LIBERTY are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. 21LIBERTY does not provide any financial services, including but not limited to investment advice, portfolio management, or the handling of client funds, including those related to Bitcoin. 21LIBERTY does not endorse or recommend any specific cryptocurrencies or investment strategies. Clients are advised to make their own investment decisions and to seek independent professional advice for any financial, investment, or tax-related decisions. 21LIBERTY shall not be held responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of information provided by our services. All risks, liabilities, and consequences of any action taken by clients post-service are borne entirely by the clients themselves. 21LIBERTY disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from client actions based on the information or education provided.
21LIBERTY provides a non-custodial Bitcoin service, meaning we never hold, control, or have direct access to any client funds. Our role in the collaborative multisignature setup (peace-of-mind subscription) is strictly limited to serving as a backup and recovery option for the client. At no point does 21LIBERTY possess or control a majority of the keys required to authorize transactions. The client remains in full control of their Bitcoin at all times. By using 21LIBERTY’s wallet workshop service, the client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for managing and securing their private keys. Clients must ensure they maintain access to their keys and backup information. 21LIBERTY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised keys resulting from the client’s actions, negligence, or third-party interference. 21LIBERTY will never be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or financial harm arising from the client’s use of our non-custodial service, including but not limited to loss of funds due to lost, stolen, or mismanaged keys, unauthorized transactions or security breaches affecting the client’s setup, technical errors, blockchain network issues, or external factors beyond our control. 21LIBERTY does not provide any guarantees regarding the security, stability, or future value of Bitcoin. The client understands that Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and that it is their sole responsibility to verify all transaction details before signing and broadcasting them to the network. While 21LIBERTY may assist in key recovery within the multisig structure, we do not guarantee successful recovery in cases of lost or inaccessible keys. Clients must maintain proper backups and recovery procedures. By using our non-custodial Bitcoin service, the client agrees to these terms and fully acknowledges that they alone bear all responsibility for their Bitcoin holdings and security.
Clients bear all risks and are solely responsible for: The security of their private keys, wallet recovery phrases, and other sensitive information. Any transactions they conduct, including purchases, sales, or transfers of Bitcoin. Understanding the risks associated with Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
21LIBERTY is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by: Errors or omissions in the educational content provided. Actions taken by clients based on information received during our services. Any security breaches or losses due to client negligence or third-party actions. All liability is explicitly at the Client.
21LIBERTY will handle personal and financial information with confidentiality, using it only for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share this information without client consent except as required by law.
Full payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Invoices will be issued to businesses and must be paid as specified. Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation. For the Peace-of-Mind Subscription, payments are collected yearly in advance with no cancellations or refunds. However, clients may cancel their subscription before the next yearly cycle and are free to move their Bitcoin at any time. Pricing stated on our website applies only to online seminars, workshops, and consultancy services. In-person services require prior agreement, as additional costs such as travel, accommodation, and extra hours may apply.
Cancellations by Clients: For online services, including seminars, workshops, and consultancy sessions, clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable, even if the service was booked within this period. Clients may request to reschedule if notice is given at least 14 days before the scheduled service. No refund or rescheduling option is available for no-shows. No partial refunds will be issued for clients who attend only a portion of a seminar or leave before its completion. For in-person services, including seminars, workshops, and consultancy sessions, clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable, even if the service was booked within this period. Clients may request to reschedule if notice is given at least 30 days before the scheduled service. No refund or rescheduling option is available for no-shows. No partial refunds will be issued for clients who attend only a portion of a seminar or leave before its completion.
Cancellations by 21LIBERTY: If 21LIBERTY cancels a service, it will be rescheduled to a new date and time agreed upon by the client. If cancellation occurs within three days of the scheduled service, the client may choose either a full refund or rescheduling. Force Majeure: If a seminar or session is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or pandemics, the client will be offered a refund, credit, or rescheduling option. 21LIBERTY will determine the most suitable option in good faith, considering the interests of both parties.
All content, materials, methods, and processes used or developed during our seminars, workshops, and consultancy sessions are the intellectual property of 21LIBERTY unless otherwise specified.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WY, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in WY, United States.
21LIBERTY reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, accepting all risks outlined herein.
